actually everything was immaculate. i liked all the hotel offered: best beds and exceptionally polite staff. well-stocked room & idyllic views. delicious breakfast, exceptional service.

The place was serene, we liked it. The staff were delightful and supportive and inviting lobby. The room was immaculate, bed was very comfy, luxury bathroom.

Strategic location, cosy hotel and also fairly clean. The staff did all they can for the best stay. The room was immaculate and perfect, loved exceptionally comfortable bed. I had breakfast in the terrace during my stay.

Very delightful stay in the decent area. Courtesy from the whole staff. Right next to a tube station, within walking distance of shops and supermarket.

The pool area was great and the location was good. Adjacent to the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. There is restaurant Barbecue Las Palmas at the premises.

We liked our 2-nights stay. A great selection of extra supplies: a laptop-compatible safe, a mini bar fridge and a coffee machine. The sandwich bar was fantastic.

Even the Paitilla airport was not so far. One could dine at restaurants such as Felix b Maduro 15 minutes away: )
